Jose A Gonzalez is a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). This means he is regulated by the College of Immigration Consultants of Canada. The College exists to protect people from being scammed and deceived by its members. If you ever run into such problems with an RCIC you can always count with the council for help. 

Only RCICs, lawyers and notaries are legally allowed to represent clients before the Ministry of Immigration (IRCC). 

You'll get the best advise and put our experience at your service. We'll take care of all the application process for you. We'll be with you all the way until we receive a final decision from the IRCC. Our experience is at your service!

It is our responsibility as Immigration Consultants to look for the best interest for our clients. Our duty is to represent our clients diligently. This said, our code of conduct forbids us to guaranty the success of any immigration application or procedure. In the end, the final decision on your application resides with the Immigration Officer that takes your case. Our job will be to build up the best case in order to increase our chancers of success. No lawful consultant or lawyer can guaranty success.  Beware of self-proclaimed consultant that do!

We offer you two separate services: 1) Study Permit applications and 2) Academic Program research and registration assistance. 

The first one implies us taking care of all what's needed in order to apply for your Study Permit. This will allow you to be able to legally study in Canada. 

The second one implies helping you choose a study program that best fits your academic interest, budget and immigration goals. We will also take care of your registration with the school of your choosing. 

That will depend on the academic program, but if you're looking to study something that will help you eventually to put you in the permanent immigration track, then we're talking something in the range of $14K - 18K per year. 

You should also consider another $10k-14K per year for your sustain and expenses. 

No, this service is free! Our agreements with our academic partners and schools make this possible. There is a fee associated with the application, but that fee is required by the school you are applying to. 

We will only charge you an academic consultation, if you want to have a live one-on-one session with one of our advisors. Having an academic consultation is not mandatory, but otherwise recommended in order for you to haver all your questions answered, if any, before you choose a program. 

You certainly can! Canada allows you to bring your spose and dependent children with you. 

Absolutely. We can help you address the IRCC's concerns from your previous application and try to build a more solid case for you. As long as you have not misrepresented yourself (aka, you did not lie), we can apply again at anytime. 

We have partner with various recruiting agencies in Canada to help your clients get in contact with employers who are looking (and willing) to hire foreign workers.

No, this service is free! We do not charge you anything to put you in contact with Canadian employers. 

Once you secure the job, you will need a Job Permit in order to be able to take that job and work legally in Canada. You can apply for the Work Permit yourself or you can hire us to take care of the process for you. 

Most jobs will allow you to bring your spose and dependent children with you to Canada. 

If you want to make sure that the job you are applying to is one of those jobs, we recommend you to book an Immigration Consultation with us. We'll answer all your questions regarding how to bring your family and other requirements in order to have a successful work permit application. 

Yes! You will have to demonstrate that you have already secured a job in Canada before you apply to a Work Permit. The Job Offer will be given to you by the employer once you have been selected to take the job. 

The Express Entry (EE) is the online system that the IRCC uses in order to select the candidates that would like to apply for Permanent Residence. The EE is not an Immigration Program, but a virtual place where everyone who would like to become a Permanent Resident can place their candidacy. It is a base-point selection, which means, the higher your points in the EE, the higher your chances to get an invitation to apply. 

If you would like to know how many points you have, you can book and Immigration consultation appointment and find out about your chances in the EE or other Immigration Programs. 

That will depend on the Immigration Program you decide to apply to. There are some that will give you the opportunity to chose the Province of your liking, and there are others that will tie you to one. 

Quebec is one province that has its own immigration selection process. Applying through a program in Quebec will tie you to that Province. There are pros and cons to each program. Know more about it by booking an Immigration Consultation appointment. 

You an apply to become a Permanent Resident with your family accompanying you. If you have a spouse and dependent children, they all can get their permanent residency along with you in one single family application.
