About Cygnus

Mexican of origin, Jose "Pepe" Gonzalez immigrated along with his family to Canada in 2011. He holds bachelor degrees in Political Science, Economics and Law from multiple Universities in Mexico. 

For some years, Jose has been nourishing a passion for helping family and friends realize their dreams of establishing themselves in the Great North.  After working for several years as a technical consultant and business analyst in Montreal, he decided to formalize his true vocation and studied Canadian Immigration at Herzing College in Toronto. 

Jose speaks spanish, english and french. 

As a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the ICCRC, Jose is authorized by the Immigration and Refuge Protection Act of Canada to Advice and Represent anyone who's looking to obtain a legal status in the country.   

Jose is also recognized by the Ministère - Immigration, Francisation et Intégration Québec (MIFI) and therefore authorized to practice Immigration Law as an Immigration Consultant in the Province of Quebec.
